Our Team
Our Managing Director, Craig Bentley, has over 20 years commercial and operational experience having held senior leadership positions in several market leading organisations before starting the business.
Craig is a ‘shaper’ and an intrinsic problem solver and enjoys asking the difficult ‘why’ questions. He enjoys challenges and tackling complex problems in order to provide clarity to his clients by shaping simple and pragmatic solutions. Craig builds good relationships, has an engaging style and is extremely adept at building diverse and collaborative teams to generate focus, overcome obstacles, and create momentum. Craig skilfully taps into people, the organisation, and cultural dynamics to steer the organisation in a new direction, all to help clients’ businesses run more effectively.
Co-director Sharron mainly looks after marketing, communications, and social media but sometimes also gets involved in projects utilising her project management skills and wealth of experience in manufacturing and education sectors.
Our bench-strength comes through our strong networks of trusted associates who are experts in their fields, have relevant industry experience, and an unbiased mindset, which gives us capacity to take on larger projects and allows us to provide the specialist skills required by clients.
