The data we collect about you

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you

For people who apply for jobs at Bentley Management & Consulting, if your application is successful we will retain relevant personal data in your employee record file in accordance with Bentley Management & Consulting’s GDPR Privacy Notice For Employees, Workers and Contractors. If you are an unsuccessful candidate, we shall retain your personal data for such period as permitted by law. In the UK this will be eighteen months from the date we decide whether to reject an applicant.
