NCG is a complex organisation with staff spread around 7 colleges across the UK. As part of their strategy they wanted to get a more insightful view of colleague engagement than any of the current systems or surveys would provide.
What we did
We set out a schedule including development and execution of an online survey, facilitating a series of focus groups, and review of current strategic initiatives to inform final recommendations. Working closely with leadership we created a tailored approach to measuring engagement that would provide deep insights into current issues while also enabling them to benchmark internally and externally.
Through analysis of quantitative and qualitative feedback and engagement with Executive leadership, we delivered a final report and data set with recommendations on how findings could positively inform strategic workstreams.
